RIVER FARMHOUSE, PEN

A Modern, contemporary bungalow of 15,000 Sq.Ft. sprawled across a river-touching plot.

The design ideology was to maximize the views while creating a double-height living space overlooking an infinity pool and tucking away the private spaces to the level below facing a private garden. Also, noteworthy is the barbeque section under the pool which has a glass floor, creating a dynamic reflection throughout the day along with an Indoor golf-simulator, a projection room and a pool table.
